A. Hello To lose weight , you need to be patient & consistently keep trying. Exercise daily for Atleast 45 minutes Avoid sugar completely. even fried , junk foods Take 1.spoon methi seeds soaked in water in morning Eat lof of vegetables, Sprouts, egg whites, pulses,curd. drink atleast 4 to 5 litres of water daily
