ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 days agoA. Post prandial blood sugar 131 is considered normal if sample us taken two hours after meals but if one hour after meal then considered little high do keep a check on your sugar intake eat more fibre rich and low glycemic index foods
