past 2 months my 2.8 year kid having small bubbles on his shoulder and thigh in round shape we have consulted doctor last week and he dignosed ochen spinulosus doctor given some oitment for this please let me know whether it is normal what is the solution

A. can't comment like this you for this should see a pediatrician as it s not possible and difficult to comment upon with out a examination and so for treatment it s a must.
