#ParentingClinic hello mam... I m a big fan of u... I see all ur videos on my dvija. mam.. I siffer from stabbing Or cutting like pain in areola of one breast during entire breastbeeding while it's normal on other side. the breast that pain also has one lump which is not resolving even with hot fomentations and pumping. plzz mam help me..problems with breastfeed is not just physical trauma bt mental trauma as well.

A. many times and the most common cause would be due to accumulation of milk clots and sometimes it can be neurogenic pain and and sometimes it might be a part any local mass like lymph nodes or tissue pain. if it is not improving with simple massage as well as simple hot compresses and expression of accumulated milk then meet your doctor at the earliest for local examination. you can take paracetamol for pain.

Hi mommy Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily Or nipple sore gel Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
