#ParentingClinic Can diaper rash cause redness on testicles.? How can i get rid of it?

ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician6 years agoA. yes it may also cause redness of testis hence Always better to give diaper free time every day in a day Its always better to avoid diaper, use cotton diapers at home if possible If rash persistant then Use any rash cream(, rashfree cream, ezinapi plus, Himalaya, cetaphil, bebe nature, pigeon, B4nappy, sebamed, Johnson, Dove, Cetaphil, Aquaphor desitin etc ) over diaper rash area 3 -4 times a day. It will help. If no responce then need consultation with nearest pediatrician

Jasmine Shiny DsouzaMom of a 7 yr 10 m old boy6 years agoA. hi Mom, yes diaper rash will cause redness over the testicles also. as rash is severe the rubbing against the tighs will cause the redness over the testicles also. if the baby has rash do not use the diaper until the rash heals. please do not use wet wipes as it contains chemical which may increase the rash, instead use warm water with wash cloth to clean the area. apply coconut oil or any anti rash cream and keep the baby open.
