pain on the left side under my rib severe cough can be the reason or cold body temperature is 99 is it fever for adults plz help

A. Cough and cold can we because of some allergic reaction in the body most of the time it is vivyral in the origin need to give symptomatic treatment first like steam inhalation and some home remedies cough expectorant may be required along with anti allergic mgedications
