Q. My son is 6 month old and he has some white spots on his body on legs, hands and buttocks. He was exposed to sun long back but fully covered. We are giving od3 and zincovit daily. We are using derma dew as body lotion for him.One of the dermotologits suggested a steroid cream, In case of heavy spots to apply them. As it is steroid we are thinking of using. Usually his body gets dry faster and sweat also more in summer. Currently we are applying coconut oil. Any suggestions or thoughts to clear those spots. Thanks in advance.
