overweight and obesity??

A. No oily things no fast food no sweet only nutritious food ans do exercises two times a day

A. Hi dear mom If u are overweight then start with the exercise. U can do jogging, dance, cycling, gym to reduce ur weight. Have jeera water daily to burn fat. Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. Take medicines from doctor if u have obesity.
