Our kids are 12 months old. Can we start giving cow milk along with Nestle Lactogen stage 3 ? They are already having small quantities of rice, dal , roti , khichdi, daliya,mashed potatoes and apple.

A. You can introduce and as you are introducing it for the first time then give in small quantity and check response of the baby and gradually increase its quantity take care
