our kid is 2 years 3 months old and he started alphabets and numbers but neither listens to us not give any attention. how to improve his speech and if speech therapy can help. please advise

A. hello mom u can go to speech specialist only if child is not speaking at all but if child otherwise not listening to u while studying only then this is better of lack of concentration which is normal at this age u jave to keep patience gives lots of time try to make learning in a fun way
