Q.
my son is 3 years old. he is able to tell alphabets and some of the numbers but however he is not giving attention to normal words and he is hyperactive..is it anything to get worried or is it normal.? when can I expect him for speaking normally

Hello ma’am Hyper activity itself with the disorder I’m going to advise you to see a doctor immediately a child psychologist or I think that would be the best choice to go for a psychologist they can read and monitor your child’s behaviour and after that only you can come to know as to what is the reason behind it and accordingly treatment can be suggested
