take one bowl of rice and one bowl of mung dal.
wash them with water , drain out excess water from it then soak them separately in sun light for 2 or 3 hours.
after that, take pan ,heat it and roast the rice first.till.it.get puffed then let them cool down.now roast mung dal til it turn golden brown or nice aroma come from it.
grind them separately in mixture then store them in air tight container.
whenever you want to make cerelac ,take 1 tbsp from it ,add it in hot boiled water and cook for 1 or 2 minutes and serve at room temperature.
gradually ,you can start to add different pulses and nuts in it as per your child taste.

at first, your child weighs normal so please don't take much stress for this.
yes offer homemade healthy food.
as your child is 7 months old,you can offer semisolid food thrice in a day along with breastmilk whenever your child demands.
so the diet chart is :
breakfast: fruit puree ,idli ,khichu
lunch:dal rice ,mix veg khichdi
evening : soup,sheera ,rab , porridge
but please don't stick to particular timetable and food amount , as all babies are different please offer food as per your child requirements
