Our family priest is asking us to give honey and milk for the ritual of introducing solid foods to 6months baby. He says it's just 1 drop each. Can one drop also cause botulism?

A. yes even a drop may cause allergy. Do not give honey to children under 12 months of age as there is a risk that they may have a condition called infant botulism.
