Our baby wakes up 3 to 4 times in a night, do we feed him every time?

Yes if the child is hungry you have to feed the child every time when the child wakes up because in this age waking up number of times in the night to take a feed is considered very normal and common to be seen as they do not full themselves up with the food that you are giving
