Q.
Our baby is 7 days old. his mom didn't get breast milk initially and we used to give Lactogen spoon feeds 2nd hourly just after making him suck mom's nipple for few minutes. His mom has started to produce milk slowly from 2 days but baby doesnt latch and suck to enhance milk production. Rather, he is preffering lactogen spoon feeds.. how to enhance milk secretion from breast and make baby latch and suck better..?

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is newborn just 7 days old and your wife doesn’t have enough breast milk so ask her to eat enough nutritious food items and continue Lactogen 1 formula milk
