Q.

Our baby girl is 3 months old now I’m observing that amount of milk is getting reduced and feel like insufficient for my baby to feed, please advise

A. dear mum, if your baby is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours then feeding is sufficient. foods like methi, green leafy vegetables, tree gum or gond, dill leaves or shepu, garden cress seeds, saunth, garlic intake can help increase the milk supply. have lots of fluids and water.
