one side of nose is closed and loose motions

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where tsymptomatic treatment along with management for gdehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
