One month pahle tak meri baby ek baar me 100 ml cow milk le rahi thi aur ek din me4 to 5 time kuch dino se 30 to 40 kar ke hi le rahi hai aisa kyu ab to age ke hisaab se aur jyada lena chahiye

A. Hello dear parent! The baby’s maximum dairy requirement should be around 500ml per day. Try as much to give milk twice a day. Include all food groups in your child’s diet. Give your baby a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Good luck and take care.
