On my baby teeth I see white thing . It’s not going if I m cleaning it with water it’s not going , my baby is one year 3months old

Maybe it is just some skin related issue you should get it examined with your doctor because you haven’t even posted a picture it’s difficult to understand but once you get examined with your doctor your doctor would be able to give you correct assistance and help on that
