on my baby face have small white pimples.what is that. which soap should be used

NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy4 years agoA. hello new born rashes are nor!al amd you can avoid using soap for some days and also avoid application of oil too.. you can either be using raw milk while bathing your baby or you can also be using cetaphil cleanser which can help to prevent rashes keeps baby skin soft and smooth
