Q.
On Feb 20th my baby weight was 5.05 and after 4 month 2 week it's showing 5.28. M worried abt my baby weight. I am breast feeding mother please help

It Could be a possibility that your breast feeding is not sufficient enough for healthy weight gain so just to be on the safer side start giving formula milk to the child and see if the weight increases according to the age I think that would be good as a support to the child
