on 3rd Nov night baby was suffering from fever of 103,102 degree. 3rd and 4th Nov fevers continued and on 5th Nov in morning fever comes down after that it was normal of 96,97 degrees. from today morning I found aome red red little spot on face,leg and stomach of baby.What is this and what to do. pls suggest

A. can be because of the viral infection hfor further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management
