oftenly my baby is spitting milk after feeding him is it reflux how to cure it

A. Please assess if you have a fast letdown of milk? Does milk spray when nipples are pressed? Fast letdown can cause babies to spit up often and gas issue. Apart from that are you consuming any milk boosting herbs or medicines? All of this can also cause fast letdown
