Q.

oats is for weight gain or weight lose? because some people says it is weight gaining some says it is for weight loss. so Im confused.shd I give it to my daughter or not? I wants to gain her weight.

A. hello dear do not give it on a regular basis as it has good soluble fibre and lots of vegetable to oats and give it once a week keep on adding variety and include all food groups all season vegetable and fruits three proper healthy home cooked meals a day to the diet of the child
