Q.

Oats are good for my 8 year old girl... is it reducing the weight of the kid... please suggest some suggestions for improving kid weight...

A. Oats are very healthy and they are highly rich in fibre they keep the person full for a longer duration and it’s good in every manner it does not make you lose weight but yes it is healthy and it has got very beneficial qualities for anybody to eat and for increasing the weight you should check with the nutrition expert for a proper diet plan
