start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day
offer more liquid and fruits for adequate hydration .
Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy3 years agoA. Hello good morning !! As summer has arrived more water, fluids (heat beating fluids) are suggested for hydration.
Buttermilk, barley, coconut water, water melon, musk melon, orange juice without sugar, chia seeds Water, lemon water with rock sugar or less Sugar), sabudana kheer, cucumber, tomato, Lauki as salad form,rice starch with lemon.
All these foods gives hydration in summer.
Ofcourse you can give glucose alternate days mix in juices for sweetness.
Daily glucose is not required.
