POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl4 years agoA. Non vegetarian foods can be started in baby's diet from 8th month onwards. Your baby is more than 3 years old, and you can give it as these are rich source of proteins. Start with smaller quantity of chicken, eggs and fish and slowly increase it. One egg can be give everyday too.
