Now my daughter got menstruation last September.Is it the right time or earlier.

It is mentioned hear that your daughter is 11 years six months old if that is in fact, the age than it is an after time for her to start menstruation these days most of that is happening around 10 to 11 years of age only . You can still consult a pediatric endocrinologist if you think that it has started early to see if it is due to some other disorder.
