Q.
now my baby is three month old and starting irritating...and so much crying ....like changing diapers or nappies... drinking sirup or drink milk also..so... what can i do.....plz suggest

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. in such case Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which can be relieved by medicine like colicaid /gastica drops.
other reasons could be nasal blockage, ear pain, diaper rash and more which needs to be ruled out and managed accordingly .

Teething Maybe happening with your child which is why your child is so irritated suddenly because a child and start having its teeth any time after completing the age of 12 weeks so I think your child is in the age right now where the child can easily have its teeth so that’s the issue probably
