Q.
now my baby is 5 month old but I'm having yellow urine all the time ... n sometimes I have pain near my stitches of delivery

In such case, you should definitely consult with your gynaecologist about it because your doctor can only advise you are after examining you should never take any sort of medication to. It is not advised by Dr Showw first consult with your doctor about it.
