now my baby is 5 month I am giving breast milk.shall I take calcium tablet

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 10 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, yes you need to take iron and calcium supplement until one year as suggested by your gynaecologist. As a breastfeeding mom it is very important. Please consult your gynaecologist before taking any tablets. Also with this have a healthy diet food, take fibre and calcium rich food. Take adequate liquid and keep yourself hydrated.
