Hello mom you can start doing it from now on intially it is always good to start with liquid consistency foods , were in you can start with dal , rice water , fresh fruit juices , vegetable soup etc , once baby gets comfortable with that you can gradually move to semi solid and mashed foods you can alternate it with your feed
