now am 25 th week pregnant, compare to previous month my weight is increase 5 kg. Every Sunday I can have non veg - mutton, it actually gain a weight fast?

A. Namaste Mam, Over all pregnancy period mein weight gain hona hai in range of 10 to 12 kgs approximately as such , thoda varaition hota hai as per the over all health parameters

A. You can consume non veg, moderation is key.Do not over consume, go for a 30min walk after your meal
