Now a days my son Aryan is very hyper , continue crying,do not want to eat anything he never eats fruits or nutrition food. plz help me what should I do

A. in this kind of a situation communication is the best way to identify what the problem is and why the child is refusing any kind of healthy food apart from this please make the food healthy target along with cheese cheese is also a healthy food item and nutritious for your child I was just you to read the article food chart for 9 months old blog in first cry app it will be helpful
