now 3 old my baby weight is 5.2 now from one month onwards she is not gaining weight n not looking chabbi

If I look at the age and current weight of the child they are looking very good I am in the current it is very good but if you think that the child is not giving sufficient way then you should check with your doctor if required you can start giving formula feeding to the child
