noticed this on my 8 month old baby, however the baby is not fussy or bothered. what it could be?

Could be due to some kind of an allergy or some another problem like deficiency or something which is why the skin is peeling off like this you need to check with your doctor in order to understand what exactly is the problem and accordingly they will be able to give you correct advice on this
