Q.

not eating since we came to my relative's house for couple of weeks, also had a slight fever

A. Sometimes you do weather in temperature change the things can happen but since it has been certain weeks and your child is yet not eating then I think a physical evaluation would be required and sometimes due to fever also the appetite of the child can go down drastically
