Q.

nostrils are clean and unclogged, but makes clogged sound(from throat)and unable to sleep on back.#asktheexperts

A. using saline drops 2-3 times a day and using nasel aspirator after that. her nose is clean. but when she is laying on her back, she is making that sound again and her sleep will be disrupted, and will roll her head and vomit. if i am holding her or she is sleeping on my chest, no issues. she is 2 month old.

A. you can spray or put nasal saline drops for the nasal cavity. this will losing up the secreetions which is present in the nasal cavity. with the help of either cotton cloth or a simple cotton bud you cdan clean the nasal cavity by rotating motion.

A. for the babies it is quite natural to have this much sound when they are feeding it is only because they have a very small food pipe you need not to worry just keep the head elevated when you are feeding your
