My baby makes. Throat sound

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. this kind of sound may be because of nasal blockage also so nasal blockage can be relieved by using nasal saline drops like nasoclear saline drops in the nose followed by nasal aspirator to take out the secretions very gently
steam inhalation can also be helpful in this condition

If Your child is making any kind of sound and probably it could be due to cold or something if you feel that your child has a congestion then you should actually get it checked with your doctor because without proper assessment I will not be able to advise you correctly on that
