ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. During 1st 3 days the Milk secretion is very low . You need to hold the baby properly so that baby feels easy to latch the nipples and learns to take the feed properly. If the baby is not comfortable in the position You are holding then they do not latch properly. feeding the baby every 2 hourly slowly increases the milk supply
