Q.

no matter what I do, my 3 month old baby sleeps on his tummy during night time. Is this matter of concern? during day time I avoid this by putting him to sleep on jhula.

A. there is no problem if the child is sleeping on the side or the child is sleeping on the tummy. (one important point that has to be taken care of is that the child should be made to sleep on the tummy only under observation). when the neck holding becomes proper than you can leave the child in tummy position without any observation. the important thing is that if the child is not having any difficultyg in breathing as well as respiration and digestion problem then you can continue to let the child sleep as well as give feeding in this position. but if you feel that the child is having regular coughing as well as breathing difficulty then you have to change the position of the child g
