A. It shows PCOD which is a lifestyle disorder. Make some changes in diet, exercise daily and do yoga. if you want to conceive, avoid junk, fried food completely and eat low glycemic and low fat diet. Consult your gynecologist regularly. Within a few months of these changes you will see and feel changes in your body and eventually follicles will start forming.
