Niw a days I am facing hair fall problem in huge amount.how can I get rid of this problem?

Wash hairs often with chemicals free shampoo
Massage regularly with coconut oil
Take a good care
Stay hydrated
Take vitamins supplements
Take almonds and cucumbers
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
Offer different varieties of food
