Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which can be relieved by medicine like colicaid /gastica drops. other rdeasons coguld be nasal blockage, ear pain, diaper rash and more which needs to be ruled out and managed accordingly .

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 6 m old girl4 years agoA. try to avoid pacifiers. Once if your baby gets used to it it's is difficult to stop it. Also the teeth alignment will have some problem. So it's Better to keep all these away and feed well your baby. So it's good to Avoid from the beginning.
