night time she.keeps on waking up y I don't know and not because of hunger

Hello mom if she was into this habit of waking up in between her sleep .. could be possible the reason, try to follow a bed Routine and read stories to her and do not entertain her when she wakes up.. pat her back to sleep. Also take care of her diet and avoid gas forming and any foods in particular causing the issue
