ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. you can use any Maternity pad as almost all are good but the best thing to be used after delivery for a few days is adult diapers so that you can be very convenient without any risk of stain and easily handle the baby and yourself

A. you can try sirona maternity pads. I used this during my postpatrum time. its meterial is very comfortable. Stayes for long. absorb capacity is very good. try this.
