Q.

Newborn seems to cry before urinating. Pee count is around 8 and no fever, feeding is also normal

A. Hello , most of the time crying before urination is normal . newborns and infant don't know how to initiate urination and defecation so they do strain too much causes pain and baby start crying . but crying during passes of urine indicate urinary tract infection . if their is fever, small quantity of urine ,blood strain , vommiting than it need medical assessment .
