A. Newborn usually don’t get fever unless they are not breastfeed or someone has viral fever in house. Hope you are not checking temperature right after feeding. Go and see the doctor to find out actual cause of fever and then give any medicine

A. The dosage of paracetamol (also known as acetaminophen) for a 1-month-old baby is based on their weight, not their age. However, it's crucial to consult with a pediatrician before giving any medication to an infant, especially one as young as 1 month old. If your pediatrician has recommended paracetamol for your baby, they will provide you with specific instructions on the appropriate dosage based on your baby's weight and medical history. They may also recommend a particular formulation, such as infant drops, which are designed for use in babies. Never exceed the recommended dosage or give paracetamol more frequently than directed by your pediatrician. It's essential to use the correct measuring device provided with the medication to ensure accurate dosing. If you have any questions or concerns about giving paracetamol to your baby, don't hesitate to contact your pediatrician for guidance.
