newborns do this when they drink milk too fast and swallow air with milk which gets trapped in stomach and then at the time of burping or after feeding it comes out with milk which we call spit up.
so please offer small and frequent feeds.
keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding.
make sure your child latches properly.
burp your baby well.
