Q.
New born baby having skin allergy looks like water bubbles in hands and legs after 6 hrs it's blasting any reason for this kind of skin allergies.

Get your baby personally examined by the doctor and seek for advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene and follow your doctors. Advice diligently. Good luck and take care.
